All disputes from Klarna or Square payment gateway will be handled by email at email@example.com. Refunds from disputes will be reviewed within 72 hours and resolutions submitted by email.
Refunds via resolution of disputes (Product not received) will be submitted back by 7 business days. Disputes for (Products received) -You have 30 days after receiving your product(s) to ship them back to us.
-You are responsible for return shipping fees.
-You may return your product(s) for a full refund provided the product(s) are unworn and still contain all of the original packaging.
-Complete the Return form found to the right and include it in your return box, you may use the one we sent you.
-Shipping charges are non-refundable.
-Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.
-We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. However, your credit card company may take up to 10 business days to post a credit to your account.
-We do not accept international returns or exchanges. All sales shipped outside of the United States are final.
-We are not responsible for shipping times from UPS, USPS, FedEx, or any shipment policies.
Disputes through Klarna will be processed within 7 – 10 business days on our end. Klarna may take additional days.
